We went and saw the new Pixar movie "Inside Out" in Ukrainian and LOVED IT!!!!!
Our children had seen it last week and one of our sons told us that we shouldn't go while we were here and get all of the visuals without experiencing the script -- that it would ruin it for us. We told him to trust that Pixar could make a movie that could stand on visuals alone.
And it did.
What a beautiful experience!
We laughed and cried (once I thoroughly sobbed and sobbed), and we felt the movie.
We definitely want to see it again when we get back to the States, but I am sooo glad we saw it the way we did.
P.S. Way to go Pixar for opening up a clear visual avenue to aid parents and children in understandimg and discussing complex, interwoven emotions. This one is a keeper!!
